What We Do
Programs

Sports Media
Making The Call designs and delivers modern sports media programs tailored for women and non-binary people. Each course is informed by our participants and developed in collaboration with our partners. With a focus on real-time opportunities and shifts in the local and global media landscape, our programs are responsive, relevant, and built to support the advancement of diverse voices in sport.
What they say:
“Absolutely love what you’re doing, Emma and Lucy. In an industry where you can feel really lonely it’s really nice to feel as though someone has your best interest without being a competitor.”
“An incredibly insightful experience that leaves you with practical and tangible things to take the next steps in your media career."

Public Speaking
Our public speaking programs are crafted to help individuals and teams to not only build skills but to enjoy the experience of speaking with confidence. We offer tailored workshops for businesses and organisations that focus on preparation, audience awareness, and authenticity.
Workshops are designed for groups of up to 12 participants and run for 2–3 hours.
